Shipping

PROCESSING TIME
3-5 business days.
Custom orders and wholesale orders will take 2-3 weeks to process.

Insurance against loss or damage package will be included to all international mail (effective Feb 14th, 2015). It takes 60 days from shipping date before a package can be claimed as lost. This insurance does not cover shipping delay caused by the postal services.

SHIPPING UPGRADE: Priority 2-3 days for U.S. orders

*Shipping time should be calculated after "Processing Time" of 3-5 business days.
For example, an item with Priority 2-3 day shipping upgrade will arrive on the 9th BUSINESS DAY at the latest. (Process time of 5 business days + shipping time of 3 business days.) 
Please note that our packages are being picked up by the USPS on the SAME day shipping label is created. We will not create shipping label until your package is ready to leave our door. We are not responsible for any delay causes by USPS after the package leaves our facility. 


Refunds and Exchanges

DAMAGED ITEMS
We try our best to pack your items nicely to prevent any unfortunate event during shipment. If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us with picture of damaged item and we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. :)

CANCELLATION and REFUND
If for any reason you feel that our product is not right for you, we gladly refund you no question ask when you cancel your order BEFORE it is marked as shipped. To cancel order after it is shipped, please refer to RETURN policy.

RETURN
We accept return of unused/unworn items from our shop within 14 days of shipped date for U.S. orders, and for 44 days for international orders (outside the U.S.). Please contact us to let us know that you are returning items. This will help us monitor the delivery of your return package and make sure your refund is being processed as fast as possible. Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCHANGE
We are unable to process exchange items at the moment. This is due to complication of exchange shipments for international orders. For easier and smoother process, we suggest that you return items through process stated in the RETURN section, then purchase a new item. We will contact you with 10% off code for your new exchange items when you are returning items.


Taxes and duties

DOMESTIC BUYERS
Taxes will be calculated based on your state's policy and will vary from state to state.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred once your package arrives to your country.
*We are not responsible if customs hold the package for any period of time.
